Sorry to hear about what's happening with your Nokia X Are you using the default web browser or a downloaded one? Do you get also any error message when using the web browser?
Have you tried downloading apps using the preloaded Nokia Store app? Check if the internet connection is working by opening other web-based apps like email or chat if possible. You may also remove and reinsert the SIM card to refresh the network connection settings. After that, try launching the web browser again and see if it improves.
Search for the app and reinstall it on the phone. If the issue is with the preloaded browser, try doing a soft reset. Check this link for the steps: Nokia X restore factory settings. You may also update or reinstall the phone's software using Nokia Suite. If there's no update available, look for Reinstall software option. You may also use Nokia Suite to download apps on the phone.
